M is for Measurable

As usual it was a great day no matter what the situation, I'm well rested and ready for that next step. Next, you want your goal to be Measurable. We need to set a time frame for the goal that we want to acheive. The way we did it in the military was backwards planning which helped me significantly. This helped me envision reaching my goal and the steps I made that helped. You can make a timeline starting with 1. Identify your goal 2. Determine acceptable levels of evidence that support your goal 3. Design activities that will make your goal happen. I combined these two techniques in order to better my chance of staying focused to my goal and achieving it. Try it!
