Through an engaging 2 days a week, 1 hr online sessions for 4 weeks. These sessions are LIVE so I can make sure you get the proper attention needed and that you're safe in the exercises performed. This workshop is hosted by your favorite wellness and mobility coach, Matt Martin.
You'll learn exercise routines that you can continue doing even after the workshop is completed. There will be online mobility group specifically for the "Pain Release Workshop" graduates.
Motivation and encouragement throughout the "Pain Release Workshop" experience along with a support group of like minded individuals who have the same common goal to relieve pain.
