Welcome to our 6-week Pickleball Training Program. We’re excited to support you on this journey toward becoming a stronger, faster, and more agile player. Over the next 6 weeks, you will build the stamina, strength, flexibility, and agility you need to excel on the Pickleball court. Whether you're a seasoned player or just getting started, we will challenge you at your level and push you toward your personal best. Pickleball places unique demands on our bodies – demands that this 6-week program addresses. Each week, you'll engage in a mix of exercises that target key muscle groups, improve footwork, and enhance endurance, all designed with the game of Pickleball in mind. You’ll find that the time you spend training off the court will translate into better performance, quicker reaction times, increased confidence, and improved physical durability. You will find specific exercises that target tennis elbow prevention and ankle flexibility and strength. We will move diagonally and laterally. We’ll work on the explosive power we need to react quickly and the core strength and stability that helps to keep our backs strong and healthy.
